TYPES OF CLASSES
Yin Yoga - 60min class suitable for all levels including beginners. Poses are mostly floor based with relaxed muscles. This style of yoga is great to relieve tightness from deep connective tissues, while nourishing joints & organs & also relaxes an overactive mind.
Yang/Yin - 60min class suitable for all levels including beginners. These classes are held in the afternoon, designed to start with uplifting poses & gradually winding you down to prepare for a good night's sleep.
Yin/Yang - 60min class suitable for all levels including beginners. These classes are held in the morning, gently bringing you to life & ending with invigorating poses to energise you for your day.
Yoga Nidra - 30min classes suitable for all levels including beginners. There is only one pose in this class, Savasana! Tina will guide you through a deep relaxation which will not only leave you feeling stress free but also energised.

Yoga Nidra - 60min classes suitable for all levels including beginners. In addition to lying down, the 60min class begins with gentle movement & breathing exercises to prepare you for an even more deeply relaxing yoga nidra practice.
Pilates - 60min classes suitable for all levels including beginners. These classes will help to build strength & endurance, balance & muscle activation.
