Having a daily practice "Sadhana" does not mean going to a yoga studio everyday. A daily practice should first be sustainable - even if it is just 10mins a day. In this 60min session I can help you plan your daily practice based on what you will benefit from the most right now. I can also provide a level of accountability which I have experienced to be very useful. Your daily practice should take into consideration your current imbalances, to help you move towards calm & stable.
