To secure your private retreat, full payment is required at time of registration.

By registering and/or attending a Private Retreat you agree to the following conditions:



A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee applies to cancellations made within 60 days of your retreat. There are no refunds provided on cancellations after this date.


Registrations maybe transferred to another person, without incurring the above cancellation fees. However it is the responsibility of the attendee to find a friend/relative to take their place. The host does not guarantee a replacement can be arranged. A $300 admin fee is applicable to transfers.


Should the retreat organiser personally need to cancel or make changes to the scheduled retreat dates for any reason, you are entitled to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat. Alternatively you may request a refund of your applicable payment, which will be accommodated as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your retreat.


The retreat organiser is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work and or other costs associated with your trip. Should the retreat be cancelled due to circumstances outside of the retreat organiser’s control, the retreat organiser is not responsible for any refunds for the retreat fee or additional expenses incurred.


If the Retreat is postponed due to any Covid 19 government restrictions or similar, full payment will be transferred to a future retreat. The option for a full refund will be provided, where the accommodation provider provides full refund of property expenses. If the accommodation provider fails to provide a full refund, your refund amount will be less any non-retrievable accommodation costs.



It is recommended you that you take out the appropriate insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances that may occur prior, during and on return from your retreat.


The retreat organiser and the property manager, do not accept liability for any injury, loss, additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond their control (including natural disasters).




Photos and details shown on promotional material are of the intended place of stay throughout the retreat. All efforts will be made to ensure the property is secured however the venue could be subject to change should the property manager not deliver based on agreed terms or minimum retreat numbers are not achieved.
